This Spalding tent is in very good shape as I only used it when I could not find a hotel or motel. Even then I often set up my van and used an air cushion in the van. As a result the tent was only used a few times. It is rated as a four person tent and it is 7ft6in x7ft6in. the ceiling is 5ft4in. (That is approximate) There are instructions with the tent. The floor is heavy plastic and in very good shape. It is made to fit a rather small bag but it can be done if you are patient. There are also 2 pouches to keep small books and what not. Easier to set up with help in a big wind.
