I'm looking for someone to sublet my private bedroom from May 1st to June 29th. Rent is $1200/month. Internet and utilities are separate, and at about $90/month.

The apartment is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit on the 21st floor, located in Davisville, right next to a more family-friendly neighbourhood. It's within walking distance of the subway, park, groceries, and great local eateries and nightlife!

You'll be sharing the apartment with my roommate, who has her own living space in the living room. You'll share the bathroom, kitchen, and balcony, and there's in-building laundry for convenience. The room can be furnished upon request.

I'm primarily looking for a young female student, as that's been the best fit for the space and roommate dynamic.
