It is in great, pre-owned condition. I have surface cleaned this item prior to listing, but still may have some dirt and debris in/on it. I believe this item originally was supposed to work and function, however, I haven't tested to see if it does anything. I am selling it as is. There are some scratches and general wear to this item as it is second-hand.
