Payment how much , when and how l;

a biweekly payment plan of 367.50 each 2 weeks ; starting from the day of your entry ! And NOT the 1st or 15th of the month; though if you enter on the 1st, that's ok )

* If you pay the month in advance it's a 100,00 off ;)


** The person living here should be earning or receiving 1200 monthly.

I do offer a daily rate of 17 for a minimum stay of 5 days or less or 230 for 10 days if you really need it but you plan no long term stay (maybe your travelling, etc)

My location is ideal! 20m relative to DT.

A big mall is near, walking distant, with all your fundamental needs (RBC ATM, subway, KFC, anytime fitness, metro foods, etc)
a few blocks further and your in Cote de Neige street ..with McDonalds and Tim Hortons, Jean Coutu

The Room itself;

I do provide basic furniture as you see in the photos ..but you can also use your own.
I am looking for someone with a double bed. You can possibly put a tv on the wall on a bracket , some floating shelves

Other services;

Towels for bathing is provided . Toilet paper is provided

Kitchen services;

Fridge, stove, dishes, etc oil, pepper, salt, 96 fusion coffee brand, ; all provided


Please know my room is under market...so it's a pretty good price.
