We are looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful, mature professional(s) to rent our beautiful and well-maintained home's main floors for June 15th possibly as early as June 1st.
Located in Buena Vista, close to many amenities and attractions: the river and City Center, Midtown Plaza, the Broadway district, 8th Street East, the University of Saskatchewan and RUH, Pelican Market and Tastebuds Café (both 1-block), and much more!
Our 1,555 sqft. home has been thoughtfully designed and meticulously kept and are hoping to find a tenant(s) that will continue to enjoy and care for the property as much as we have.
The house boasts many features:
- Large open concept main floor: living room, kitchen/dining room, and bar/desk workspace
- Mudroom off the kitchen/dining room (and 2-piece bathroom) accessing the backyard and to the Garage
