A cozy and well-lit room available for rent in the desirable Ritchie/King Edward Park area. The room is part of an old but comfy home. You will be sharing the space with up to 3 other people.

Cleaning once a week is provided as a conflict resolution and as a way to keep the place clean. A portion of your rent is to be used to pay for this weekly cleaning.

There is a beagle and I am looking for a friend for my dog. His old friend is moving out and he really needs company. Ideally another small dog to play with. Absolutely no cats of any type. Not negotiable, sorry.

It is a small but clean (not pet smelly) and functional house. It has a front and backyard, and a garage for storage space.

I work from home and work evenings. I am up late and sleep late (11am). Ideally you don't work from home days.

It is available Friday, April 18, or sooner if you need it quickly.
I will need first months rent, last months rent, and DD.

It can be available as a shorter term rental but that is a discussion.
