Manufacturer suggest for 8-12 age group. As long as it fits rider's height/size, age is irrelevant. The length of vertical tube is 16" from the top to the center of crank spocket, and is 22" from the top to the pedal at the lowest position, plus the adjustable length of the seat pole.

This is a great bike for keeping kids active and for developing interest in cycling early in life. Paid $780 for it but used only a few rides each season, mostly storing in the basement like new bike.

My kids had out grown it, hence selling, including pedal cage and bottle holder. A great bike for the summer season.
