We are located in North Nanaimo. We have a large one bedroom furnished garden suite available. Close to two lakes for kayaking. E&N bike path is down the street. Close to all essential businesses. Stores, restaurants and walking trails. Perfect for one or two folks that want a place to start exploring. Nice patio with a new barbecue. Bus stop is on the corner. Seven minutes from the ferry and close to two lakes, restaurants, coffee, ice cream and a grocery store. Sorry no kids or pets as we have our own puppies and set up for two adults. No smoking property. For three years we were a five star Airbnb. Our suite is now available for a reasonable fare. Seven night minimum and maximum to be arranged. Shared laundry in garage.

This is a medium term rental or short time (one week min). Any longer than a month will be discussed. If interested…please tell us about you and your needs as you are attached to the main house.
Weekly $ 95 a night or $1800 monthly (30 days) $60 cleaning fee
Night shifts…we have puppies upstairs and night shifts won't work well.
