Position Overview:
This is not a sales position. Your goal is simple yet rewarding: engage with homeowners at their doors, introduce them to our property cleaning and maintenance services, and schedule appointments for a no-obligation consultation. Your friendly approach and active listening will help you understand each homeowner's property challenges and offer solutions that make their lives easier.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Complete company-provided training
Educate potential clients on Ottawa Lawn Salon's services and values that set us apart
Generate and record leads in our service areas
Schedule appointments for consultations without sales pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, ambitious, and reliable
Presentable and professional appearance
Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
Must have a cell phone with adequate data

Compensation & Benefits:
Part-time | $16.55 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Additional Pay: Bonus, Commission, Retention Bonus

Schedule:
Flexible shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekdays, and Weekends as needed

Experience:
Sales experience is preferred but not required
