At OA Home Maintenance and Renovations, we specialize in 3 unique business lines; Residential window cleaning, Home renovations, and Christmas light installation in the Durham, Ontario region.

We are looking for professional, punctual, and motivated individuals who are skilled and experienced, and can lead teams in home renovations.

The renovation work we do at OA Home Maintenance is never dull and boring, as every day we are working on something new and exciting. We take on a wide variety of projects for our clients that include:
• Deck, fence, and shed construction and restoration
• Basement, kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Interior and exterior painting


This year is already busy with a company goal of maximizing growth, while maintaining a fun and enjoyable experience for our team. Top wages paid!

Skills and Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years renovation experience (mandatory)
• Deck, fence, and shed construction and restoration experience (mandatory)
• Experience in painting, framing, drywall repair and installation, including taping and mudding, flooring (mandatory)
• Candidate must have their own tools
• Candidate must have a valid G2 or G license
• Full-time access to a vehicle and equipment
• Clean criminal record check
• Hard working individual who takes pride in their work
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and motivated to learn
• Reliable and trustworthy with strong communication skills
• Confidence in practicing safe work procedures and comfortable working at heights

Education:
• Secondary School (Preferred)

• Durham and Scarborough region only
