Use of heated pool in the summer months, storage for bike, gym and clubhouse (with kitchen, pool table, games, etc… Steps from bus stop, all amenities and rail trail. Bathroom is mostly private (with the exception when guests come once in a while) with a sliding door that divides both bedroom and bathroom from rest of house for extra privacy. Use of kitchen, all necessary dishes, cookware and a small fridge are provided. Bedding is available if necessary.

$450 Immediately to secure room and deposit is refundable when leaving with one month's notice. $900/ month. Room is available starting May 15, 2025.
