I have availability of one spacious room for rent in my 2 bedroom apartment. My friend who was staying with me earlier recently moved back to Australia so I am looking to find a new roommate.
The apartment is close to c train station and bus station, princess island park is next to it, its at heart of downtown so all recreation areas are closeby too.

I myself work full time, looking for someone who works full time too. I would like someone who is friendly , fun ,clean and does not mind to socialize occasionally hanging out for a beer on weekends or making dinner together sometimes.

Only interested in renting out to people who are 23 - 34 yrs old( kindly don't apply if your are outside this age group)
I am very outgoing person , but very friendly and easy going.
I am not looking for roommates who keep to themselves or a very quiet as I am looking for a interactive and social atmosphere when living with roommates so prefer to rent to someone who has similar views as well.
Min stay period - 6 months( negotiable for more after discussion)
Utilities are $79 (includes water, electricity, heat, WIFI)
Security Deposit is $650
If parking spot is need then its $100 per month
