Hi,

I have a back yard full of dog poop, twigs, leaves, and other debris. I need it cleaned up, picked up, and raked up and put in yard waste and garbage bags. It's an unpleasant job and I certainly don't want to do it so I'm willing to pay a hard-working, conscientious person $25/hr. to do it for me but, because I've been burned by people responding to these ads in the past, there are conditions. They are:
- The job pays $15/hr. as a base rate
- You will agree to complete the job. This means that you will pick up and clean up the entire yard - all poop, sticks, twigs, leaves, and various debris and bag it all up and put the bags in my garage.
- You will agree to work reasonably continually for the hours that you are paid
- If I you take too many breaks, make cell phone calls, do a poor job, or are otherwise unsuitable, you will be paid the base rate of $15/hr. for the hours you have worked and you will be asked to leave.

However, when the work is done, hard-working individuals who work well and complete the job shall be paid a $10/hr. bonus for all hours worked bringing the total hourly wage up to $25. You will also be paid for a half hour lunch/break. (bring your lunch)

Other details:
- Work available for one person only
- No experience required
- You must be relatively fit and able to perform heavy labour
- Property is in Hunt Club (Near Uplands and Paul Anka)
- Not sure how many hours of work but I'd assume at least 4 (probably not a full day's work though)
- All equipment, bathroom access, drinking water provided
- Flexible work day: can be either Sat 19 Apr, Sun 20 Apr, or Mon 21 Apr
- Start time is 09:00 on either 19 or 20 Apr and 11:00 21 Apr
- Very large, very sweet, very friendly dog on the property. Please let me know if you have any issues with dogs and I'll confine him while you're here. Not a problem.
