Looking to sublet one room in a large, townhouse-style apartment for a 12-month term only (May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026). Shorter sublets will not be considered.

The unit is spacious and clean, shared with two upper-year/graduate University of Guelph students: one male computer engineering student and one female veterinary student. We maintain a quiet, organized, and respectful living environment.
