2 Manager positions have opened up for K-W region and Durham Region for daycare.
In this role, your duties are as follows:
- Recruit new hires, train, support, monitor employees on weekly, monthly basis
- Create and manage reports for employee performance
- Present overall performance with Director on biweekly basis and provide measures to improvement
- Set up meeting with parents and address their concerns to improve service
- Ensure the health and safety measures for the staff and kids
- Create success pathways are created for employees
- Overseeing budgeting, expenses and discuss closely with the Director to expand
- More duties and responsibilities added as time passes
Qualification and Education ;
- Minimum of 3 years experience for this leadership role
- Post secondary education in related field
- In- depth knowledge in Early Child Years and Child Care
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Strong management skills and ability to work in collaborative culture
- Highly motivated, self - regulation skills, empathy
- Proficiency in computer skills in excel, word, Microsoft office
- Experience related to Financial Management, preparation of budget
- Must provide criminal record clearance to work with young kids every 3 months
- Valid driving license
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Lucrative salary with bonus
