I have 2 solar hot water panels approx 4X8 in good shape. They are very efficient, have copper fins and tubes for absorbing the heat, glass to multiply the heat and will work very well with your pool heating.
If you want efficiency and to use your pool longer use solar collectors that have a glass covering as they produce several times more heat and little heat loss from the air as the plastic solar collectors will and do. $50.00 EACH
I was into solar hot water for 15 years, heated my domestic hot water and house with these and recently switched to solar electric so have theses and some others available.
