JAYCO 302FK travel trailer. 30' total length. Bumper pull. No pull out. Has queen mattress in bedroom; couch and kitchen table fold down for additional beds. Everything works: heat, AC, hot water etc. No leaks. Never been smoked in.
In 2022 it got new tires and rims, bearings were repacked/replaced if needed, brakes serviced. Only 600km put on since then. Has new power converter and circuit board for water heater. Comes with 2 30lb propane tanks.
