Single over double bunk with large storage door. Bottom bed folds in half. After market foam king queen size mattress in front. Couch and kitchenette fold down to sleep 6 comfortably.
Electric/gas hot water, AC, propane/electric fridge
Will include battery, 2x - 30 lb propane tanks

Cons:
Soft spot in floor corner of master, 2 windows cracked not leaking. Linoleum floor lifted and cracked in some areas, shower surround cracked. Awning is showing some wear but does not leak.

Great family unit, only reason for selling is that we have outgrown it.
