I am looking for a mature, quiet, country-living, employed individual to share my beautiful home. We are looking for someone who can do their share of the work on the Arce. We all share the reasonably that goes with living on an Arce. This cool suite has a 2-bay window in the kitchen and living room. Your luxury 1 bedroom has big windows and a nice walk-in closet, room is quite big. You get to enjoy the wildlife close up, and lots of light comes through. You have your private entrance and the deck is private, to use.
This price includes the kitchen and there is a microwave/full fridge/freezer and gas stove top with 2 ovens. The use of the laundry facilities is shared. The home had very clean people living in it, it has been taken care of, whole house has been freshly cleaned. This apt is unfurnished but could be if needed. Smoking and or vaping is not allowed in the house but there is smoking/vaping outside, on deck. Laminate flooring though out and tile flooring in the bathroom and bedroom.
If you enjoy fishing or hunting this is the place for you. The home is 10 minutes from the lake for fishing. Also 20 mins from the foothills for hunting season. The area is in a small town, about 25 minutes from Cochrane. 45 minutes to the airport in Calgary, Sundre AB is about 35 minutes. The neighborhood is quite clean and quiet, close to the mailbox and hardware store, saloon is within walking distance of the house. You have 1 parking in the yard and the driveway goes around the whole house for easy access. The suite is available and no pets (no expectations). If needed I have a reference from my past renters.
