Bus stop is right in front of the house, 20 min bus to Trent university, 35 to 40 min to Durham college, Durham college Whitby branch is 22 min bus, 10 min walk to Walmart shopping plaza and many more amenities just steps away from house. Kitchen, washroom and laudry will be shared by other two tenants. Main floor comes with two washrooms, one master washroom with shower, toilet and sink and the other one is toilet and sink. Room is fully furnished with a bed frame, mattresses, table chair and a mini fridge. There is a parking for one car in the drive way.
