Sleeps 8. King bed on one side and queen on the other. Dining table and sofa turn into beds as well. Small fridge, two burner stove and plenty of storage. Propane heater with thermostat to keep you warm during cold nights. Also has an indoor toilet/shower combo and and outdoor shower (hot and cold).

Includes custom pop up gizmos (seen in last picture) for both bunk ends to reduce heat and condensation. Also includes weight distribution kit with sway bar.

Pop up trailer stored indoors during winter. Has patches from previous owners, but has never leaked in the five years we've owned it and have been out in torrential downpours.
