Anyone interested in a black sofa bed, often called a Futon, for their office, spare bedroom, den or recreational room?

Constructed of wood and very nice faux leather and actually would be quite comfortable for that unexpected company who stayed the night.

Measures 70 inches in length and 40 inches in width. The back tilts up in 4 different positions for relaxing comfort or lays flat to provide more room for sleeping on. Legs are removable.

This is in new condition, guaranteed with no imperfections, and in a very clean pet-free , non smoking home.
