This is an all solid wood guitar made in Rhode Island. It is in exceptional condition given its age. It is a pleasure to play all the yway up the neck. It is truly the best sounding 12 string I have ever played.
The headstock had broke but has been repaired, reinforced and refinished. It is in excellent condition given its age and it plays very well with nice low action and no fret buzzing. This one was built in the early 70's in Rhode Island. It is all solid wood construction. It features 2 truss rods which is truly unusual but it sure keeps the fret board straight.
There was a small crack on the top that has been professionally repaired. It also has a K&K style passive pickup installed. All prices are in Canadian dollars so you can calculate about a 30% savings in USD.
