We're Hiring a Lead Hand!

Platinum Bilt is on the lookout for a solid Lead Hand to join our crew. If you've got experience running a site, keeping things moving, and working hard with a good team, we want to talk!

What we're looking for:

• Someone who knows their way around construction sites
• Has some leadership under their belt (at least a couple years)
• Can read plans, keep a crew organized, and get the job done right
• Positive attitude, good with people, and takes pride in their work
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable wheels

What you'll be doing:

• Running jobs on-site and working with our project managers
• Keeping crews on track and making sure quality stays high
• Helping with materials, timelines, and daily progress
• Being the go-to on the ground

We've got steady work, a great team, and opportunities to grow with us.
