The bedroom is the master bedroom with walk in closet, and it's currently furnished (if you want it furnished), including a new queen size, pillow top, gel cooling, mattress for the queen size bed frame that has lots of storage space in the drawers underneath the bed frame. Also includes wall mounted TV with a PVR and full Telus cable package. The utilities are shared (50/50).
A fully developed basement with another 3 piece bathroom. TV pool table, exercise room with a large screen TV with a sound system and PVR. TV's and PVR's are in every room including the master bedroom. Shared kitchen with brand new package of new appliances-refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and oven. A separate pantry for all your supplies, shared cooking and eating facilities including dishes, laundry room with new washing machine and dryer. The living room includes furnished with new Lazy-boy couch and love seat with sound system and 75” TV, dining room with table and chairs.
Nice backyard with BBQ & furniture, all landscaping/snow removal is covered by monthly fee that I pay for each month.
$700/month with one month damage deposit to secure the room which is non-refundable once the shared rental agreement is completed until a successful move out inspection.
