Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of dispatching experience
Strong knowledge of MTO & DOT HOS regulations
Experience with load boards and booking loads
Ability to negotiate rates with customers & brokers
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare ACE & ACI manifests
Skilled in scheduling inbound & outbound loads
Proficiency in dispatch software, MS Office, and GPS tracking systems.
