Want a summer that means something? Enjoy cooking, landscaping, or hands-on work outdoors? Interested in living with people your age who value mindfulness, and community?

Dorje Denma Ling, our retreat center on Tatamagouche Mountain in Nova Scotia, is looking for young people under 30 who are curious, energetic, and willing to jump in. We have funded positions available in our kitchen and facilities teams.

We offer competitive pay and, if you choose to live onsite, free room and board. Need transportation? Let's talk; we can help. You'll also have access to meditation programs, practice opportunities, and other enriching activities throughout the summer.
