Join Our Team – Full-Time and Seasonal Barn Assistant Positions Available

We are currently looking to welcome a dedicated full-time, long-term team member, as well as a seasonal team member (with potential for long-term placement for the right individual), to our highly valued team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, dependable, and capable individual who is confident handling horses of varying ages and experience levels.

Position Overview – Barn Assistant Responsibilities:
⁃ Stall cleaning and general barn maintenance
⁃ Feeding hay and grain
⁃ Blanketing
⁃ Administering medications and following treatment protocols
⁃ Turning horses in and out
⁃ Maintaining general cleanliness and organization of the facility
⁃ Monitoring horses for illness and injury
⁃ Assisting with other farm related tasks as needed


What We're Looking For:
⁃ Solid understanding of basic horse care
⁃ Experience working with horses
⁃ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
⁃ Reliability, attention to detail, and self starting attitude
⁃ The ability to operate machinery is considered an asset, though we're happy to train the right person


Additional Details:
⁃ Regular barn hours: 7:30am- 4:00pm
⁃ Additional hours may be available throughout the season on other projects
⁃ Weekend availability may be required
⁃ Compensation based on experience
⁃ Accommodations may be available to a full time individual
