Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress through therapeutic massage techniques. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and a solid understanding of medical terminology related to massage therapy.

Duties
Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage techniques.
Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and address specific concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment notes and progress updates.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance overall client care and satisfaction.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients.
Qualifications
Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory.
