Ramen Arashi Express is a new quick-service ramen shop opening in Banff in May 2025.
We're currently looking for opening staff who can work both at our new shop and at our Banff Farmers' Market booth (every Wednesday from May to October).

About the Role:
You'll be working in a small, energetic team where everyone takes part in all aspects of the job:
• Food prep & cooking
• Serving customers
• Cleaning and setup
• Market operations (on Wednesdays)

This is a hands-on position ideal for those who like variety, enjoy working closely with people, and want to help create something new from the ground up.

Qualifications:
• No restaurant experience required (experienced applicants also welcome)
• Must hold a valid Work Permit, Working Holiday Visa, PR, or other open visa (minimum 6-month availability)
• Basic English communication skills
• Able to work flexible shifts and in both indoor (shop) and outdoor (market) environments
• Team-first attitude

Pay & Benefits:
• $15/hr (Working Holiday) or $16/hr (PR/Immigration status)
• Tips: $4–$8/hour → Effective hourly rate: $19–$24
• Free staff meals
• 4% vacation pay
• 30% discount at our group's convenience store
• Group health insurance (including dental) available after 6 months
• 1.5x pay for statutory holiday shifts
*Same pay and conditions apply for both shop and market shifts.

Working Hours:
• 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (shift-based)
• 5–8 hours/day, 30–44 hours/week
• Full-time or part-time available
• Wednesday market shifts may start earlier or end later depending on setup and takedown
