URGENT HIRE: COMMERCIAL DRIVER / LANDSCAPING LEAD HAND
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Position Type: Full-time, Immediate Start

Schedule: flexible schedule during the week and possibly weekends. minimum 37.5 hours a week.

About the Role:
We are urgently seeking a skilled Commercial Driver/Landscaping Lead hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating heavy equipment and commercial vehicles, experience with landscaping and a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This role involves driving dump trucks, operating skid steers, hauling trailers, and performing grading/landscaping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Safely operate dump trucks, skid steers, trailers, and grading equipment.
✔ Perform hauling, loading, and material transport as required.
✔ Conduct basic equipment maintenance and inspections.
✔ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
✔ Assist with landscaping, site prep, and construction tasks as needed.

Requirements:
✅ Valid Class 3 or 5 Driver's License (clean abstract – maximum 2 demerits).
✅ 3 years of commercial driving experience (dump trucks, trailers, etc.).
✅ Experience operating skid steers, graders, and other heavy equipment.
✅ Ability to provide a claim experience letter from insurance (proof of insurability).
✅ Safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, First Aid, Ground Disturbance) are an asset.
✅ Physically fit – ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
