About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the movement of goods, ensure timely deliveries, manage shipping schedules, and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and customers
- Prepare accurate shipping documents and reports using QuickBooks and Microsoft office.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems)
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary education is an asset)
