The Fundy Complex is seeking the services of a Building Maintenance Worker to assist us in maintaining our buildings. Some of the tasks and duties required are:
- Minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems
- perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repairs.
-maintain inventory of supplies and make minor purchases as required
- perform daily inspections of building systems
-provide general assistance to skilled trades such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters and plumbers
-Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
-may move heavy equipment and supplies
-property detailing and facade maintenance such as landscaping, maintain lighting and overall cleanliness.
Candidate shall have a minimum grade 12 or equivalent and one year work experience relating to above tasks and duties.
