Looking for a live-in building manager for a downtown apartment block. 34 units. Building is under new management and ownership. Looking for someone who will partner with management to turn around the building and assist in filling units with good tenants. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- daily cleaning and vacuuming of the common areas
- daily cleaning of the outside common areas
- minor maintenance
- showing suites
- monitoring mechanical systems
- monitoring building security
- allowing access for trades
There is opportunity for the successful candidate to supplement their income by doing minor repairs, painting, and cleaning between tenants. Compensation includes a l bedroom renovated apartment as well as hourly pay for work beyond the regular duties. May or June start date.
