Lean Body Studio is a private 4000 sq ft facility in Mississauga near Dixie and Eglinton close to Highways 401, 403 and 410. I am offering a free fitness consultation and 30 minute training session. We start off by creating a profile with your goals, past history, we do initial body measurements with a free weight scale app called Renpho that gives an accurate reading on body fat, BMI, body water % and many other readings with a chart to give you better understanding of your goals, also a PAR-Q Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. I use a free app called MindBody to schedule and keep track of personal training sessions. Here is some examples of what to expect with the training (Strength, Conditioning, Cardio, Powerlifting, Muscle Gains, Boxing, Stretching, Flexibility, Weight Loss, CrossFit, Calisthenics, Balance, Coordination, Free Nutrition Plans And Detox Programs). If you are looking to do small group training each added person is $20 each hour session.
