We are currently seeking a punctual and organized Site Superintendent to oversee day to day operations at one of our complexes. The complex is comprised of stacked condos and is located in the Oakville area. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, demonstrate leadership qualities, have a positive attitude and have an eye for details.
As the Site Superintendent, you will be the face of the company and be the main point of contact for the site.

Key Responsibilities:
manage daily activities
coordinate with contractors, management and homeowners
enforce safety protocols and compliance
communicate daily operations with management and company owners
maintain cleanliness of the property and waste collection area

Requirements:
Must read, write and speak English
Must have SIN
Must be willing to work outdoors
Must have basic handyman skills
Driver's License is a bonus

Position Details:
40hrs guaranteed work
Monday to Saturday
Full Time Position
Benefits Package after probation period
