Job Description:
- Position: Pilates Program Manager
- Employer: CHRIS KIM HEALTH GROUP INC. dba Inspine Therapy

- Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $35.54 per hour
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
- Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of pilates program.
- Prepare budget and develop polices and procedures on pilates program.
- Recruit and assess pilates instructors.
- Evaluate performance on pilates instructors.
- Develop strategies of business growth in pilates program.
- Regularly conducts quality control of pilates program, coaching all levels of pilates program members on meeting standards and improving quality.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Completion of Bachelor programs in related health field is required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in related field. Experience in pilates is considered a strong asset.
