I am subletting a cozy and modern, light-filled psychotherapy office in the heart of Yorkville. The space is located on the second floor of a brick townhouse. This fully furnished, 90sqft office, features hardwood floors and a large window overlooking the park. It is soundproofed and freshly painted. There is a shared waiting room and washroom. The office does not offer step free access. There is no designated parking spot, but Bay Station is just minutes away. There is also paid street parking and public lots in the area.

The rent is $200 for one weekday a month (ie. all Thursdays in the month) and this includes all utilities and high-speed internet.

The office is available on Mondays (8am-2pm), Tuesdays (8am-2pm), Wednesdays (2pm-8pm), Thursdays (8am-2pm), Fridays (2pm-8pm), and weekends (all day).

Available immediately, or the first of the month.

Proof of Professional and Commercial Liability Insurance is required.
