We are actively looking to purchase older corporations (shelf corporations) with at least five years of history. Our primary requirements are:
✅ Clean history – No legal issues, tax problems, or outstanding loans (e.g., CEBA loans).
✅ Up-to-date taxes – Preferably compliant, but we can review case by case.
✅ Limited number of directors – Preferably a simple corporate structure.
✅ Inactive for a while – We are interested in corporations that have been properly maintained.
