This trailer sleeps 9 comfortably. It has had the kitchen table replaced with a permanent double full size reinforced bed with mattress, the back room bunk has also been reinforced. There is a single roll out cot under the fold down couch that folds out to a super single/ double mattress, sleeping 5 in the back room and 2 on the double bed in the dining room/ livingroom and 2 in the master bedroom. This trailer is currently on a lot in Beausejour campground in shediac. It would need to be moved off the lot or buyer would have to apply at campground if wanting lot. The trailer is being sold with a small wooden storage shed, deck and wooden stairs. Also willing to leave Hammock, outdoor glass beaded propane fire pit, screen tent, some bedding, dishes, bird feeders, outdoor rugs and BBQ.
