Looking for a reliable and hands-on individual to serve as Superintendent for our building.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas
- Performing small repairs and general upkeep
- Keeping an eye on the building and reporting any issues
- Available occasionally for emergencies.
Accommodation:
- Room in a shared apartment with two other male tenants
- All utilities included (heat, hydro, water, etc.)
- Partial rent applies – negotiable based on experience and availability.
Location: 560 King Street East Kitchener.
This position is ideal for someone responsible, respectful, and comfortable with light maintenance work in a shared living setup.
