Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Indian cooking and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with cutting, chopping, peeling, and basic food prep

Prepare ingredients for daily tiffin menus (vegetables, dough, gravies, etc.)

Help with roti pressing, packaging meals, and portion control

Wash dishes, clean workstations, and maintain kitchen hygiene

Assist cook or chef during peak prep and cooking hours

Pack tiffins neatly and accurately based on order list

Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience preferred (especially in Indian cuisine)

Must be punctual, clean, and organized

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Must be physically fit (lifting, standing for long hours)

Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety

Comfortable working early mornings or late-night shifts

Work Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday

Flexible hours available depending on volume and delivery schedule
