Fair condition (3 ) -- Scratches, paint loss, dents, rusty throughout. Remnants of tax stamp on seam. No upper lid. Overall in rough condition but still very legible. Colours are still somewhat vibrant. Double sided. Decent addition to any vintage advertising collection. Maker's mark "31A" for American Can Company Plant #31A.
