We are looking for someone to add to our team! Please read the entire ad.

Must have direct or retail sales or customer service experience, and a Class 5 drivers licence.
Must be able to effectively determine the customer's needs through proper questioning, uncover those needs and transition to closing the sale, both in person and on the telephone.

Operations & Administration:
Open and close the facility on weekdays and weekends.
Handle sales transactions including cash, pinpad, and bank debits.
Become familiar with emergency procedures of the entire facility.
In the event of an alarm, respond to that condition.
Maintain customer satisfaction.
Data entry: Input proper computer records of all transactions.
Ensure all payments were posted on the day they are received.
Ensure all incidents are recorded on incident reports and reviewed.

Maintenance:
Report any maintenance items to Manager.
Advise of any items requiring repair.
Ensure all units are clean after move out.
Ensure the office is clean, light cleaning duties are required (sweeping, vacuum and clean the washroom).
Tour the area inside the fence and pick up any garbage.

Other:
Project to the public StorageVille's brand and philosophy through courteous and professional actions and in assisting customer's with their storage needs, at all times.
Fill weekend and statutory holiday shifts.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.80-$16.80 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 28 per week
