Part-Time Admin & Admin support (Tuesday–Saturday)
I'm seeking a reliable individual to assist with the administrative and scheduling aspects of my business. The workload has become overwhelming, and I need someone to manage:
• Payment tracking and reminders 
• Client scheduling
• Follow-ups on messages and bookings
Position Details:
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
• Hours: 3–4 hours per day
• Location: Flexible – remote or in-office (Toronto), depending on experience
• Compensation: $17.20 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience 
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency with Google Calendar and Excel
• Familiarity with tools like Calendly, Jane, ChatGPT
• Experience in website management
• Video editing skills are a plus
I'm looking for someone organized, trustworthy, and personable to alleviate the administrative burden, allowing me to focus on core business operations.
