Market base pretax is at $1.26 per lb. $705 post tax $797. I can do 60 cents/lb. Total: $336

I have a flat bench as well and a weight rack but I'd recommend getting a wider flat bench that's maybe a little bit taller. And a new weight rack. Newly assembled, even though this still functions well.
