Join our dynamic team as a Certified Arborist or highly experienced Tree Care Professional. We're looking for someone who brings a passion for tree health, thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and values teamwork and safety.

About the Role:
As an Arborist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining trees and shrubs to ensure their health and visual appeal. You'll work closely with the team, coordinating with the grounds crew to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Prune, remove, and maintain trees and shrubs
• Operate chainsaws, pruners, chippers, stump grinders, and other tools
• Climb trees using proper safety gear or work from a bucket truck
• Identify and report diseased or hazardous trees
• Communicate with clients on tree care needs and estimates
• Support branches using cables/bracing when necessary
• Operate chipper, remove branches from site, stump grinding
• Perform equipment inspections and minor maintenance
• Load/unload materials, maintain job site cleanliness
• Comply with all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on arborist experience OR Certified Arborist designation
• Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Valid driver's license w/ clean drivers abstract

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, with a focus on tree pruning and removals throughout the year. In the winter there may be opportunities for additional work through snow removal services.
