Carpathia Children's Centre Inc. has Canada Summer Job opportunities in school age and preschool programs for applicants between 18 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
The position will run for 8 weeks, 7 hours per day, commencing July 2, 2025.
The rate of pay is $16.00.
The successful candidates will:
- Work with and support the ECEs for ensuring the children's health, safety and well being.
- Assist in daily routine of preschool and school age children.
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with children, coworkers and families.
The eligible candidates must have or be willing to obtain:
-Current First Aid and CPR training
- CCA Certification
_ Valid Criminal Record check with Vulnerable sector search
- Child Abuse Registry check
- Commit to Kids and Accessibility trainings
Also, to be:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada with relevant provincial legislation and regulations.
_ To have ability to work within a team environment with respect, professionalism, cooperation, sensitivity and cultural awareness.
- Willing and able to work all shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
