Qualifications:
-Must have ONE YEAR of retail management experience
-Must have OPEN availability
-Have a skillset strong in excellent customer service
-Have the ability to drive sales and reach goals

-Are capable of helping coach a team to success
-Can abide by and adhere to corporate policies

Physical Capabilities:
-Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
-Must be able to climb a ladder in order to facilitate the changing of lights/changing of displays
