Looking for a pasture buddy for an 18-month-old stud colt.
Located within 300km of Raymore, Saskatchewan

- Free lease
- Long-term foster
- Low-cost purchase ($500 or less)

Requirements:
- 14hh or taller
- Gelding only
- No history of laminitis or founder (they'll be on 10 acres of pasture with free choice hay)
- Sound enough to move comfortably in pasture
- Any age welcome
- Calm and good-natured — able to model healthy social behavior for my colt.

The horse will have a quiet, attentive home with daily handling, brushing, enrichment toys, treats, and consistent care. This is intended as a companion-only home with a relaxed, low-stress lifestyle — unless otherwise discussed.

Optional: If the horse is rideable and available on a free lease, I'm an experienced, quiet rider. Rides would be easygoing and tailored to the horse's needs — nothing beyond what they're comfortable and physically cleared to do. I'm also open to taking on a green horse and putting in the training.

I've had horses maintain soundness and happily continue working — even showing — well into their 30s, under veterinary guidance. My handling style always prioritizes comfort, respect, and long-term wellbeing.
